Graph Expo and Social Media; together at last!

Today at Graph Expo, I won’t be standing at a digital press demoing to customers. And although I love the conversations I get to have about color management, applications, and everything else under the sun… I’m attending the show with a focus on social media!
For the first time I have my own social media area in the Xerox booth where I am tweeting and blogging about what is happening at the show and all of the exciting solutions and applications we have. What I am hoping for most, is for you to stop by and talk to me about how you can use social media to meet your own business objectives— Whether it is to delight your customers, get more jobs through your shop, reduce costs, and/or grow your business.
virtual_graph_expo_2010_185px We have a brand new “Print Providers Guide to Social Media” that I’ll be handing out, along with some additional business development tools and of course; some chocolate! I encourage you to stop by Xerox booth #600 and let me know you follow us on Twitter and/or read our blog. I’d love to talk, hear your suggestions, and find ways social media can help your business goals.
If you can’t make the show in person, follow our twitter account and blog for details; and attend Virtual Graph Expo 2010!

Lindsay, I’m so glad to see that you have finally gotten the chance to focus on social media at a big print conference!

Thanks Sheraan! It has been exciting and there have been many questions so far about what Xerox is doing and how they, as a print provider, could get started. We have tons of new solutions that we are showing so I’m happy to get to walk around, learn, and then share everything with others.

    Lindsay,

I’m not at the expo, how can I get a copy of “Print Providers Guide to Social Media”?

    Thanks,

    Albert

Hi Albert! We are in the process of printing these. As soon as I have a stash to share I plan on featuring it on the blog and sending it to customers. I’ll keep you in the loop! Thanks!
