Ursula joined Xerox in UK in 1988 into the new formed Graphic Arts Business Sector and held a variety of Sales & Marketing roles within Xerox. After College, Ursula has worked exclusively in the Graphic Arts Sector at various Litho and Digital Print Companies.Ursula, aged 42 is married with 2 children and lives in South London.

Bill Michael

Bill received his Bachelor of Science degree in New Media Publishing from the School of Print Media at the Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT) in May of 2008. Always having an interest in print production and graphic design, the New Media Publishing program at RIT gave Bill the tools to not only design a project, but also how to implement and market it as well. He began working for Xerox as a Marketing Communications intern during the summer of 2007, and now is a member of the team and is responsible for marketing activities within tradeshows, events, and customer programs.Bill has worked on customer award programs such as Printing Innovation with Xerox Imaging (PIXI), and the Best-of-the-Best Contest for members of the Xerox Premier Partner Global Network. At tradeshows, Bill is responsible for assisting with the assembly of the best possible collection of print applications across all offerings and industries.In his spare time, Bill enjoys browsing the Internet, drawing, and engaging in a variety of sports, including basketball, tennis, and running.

Fred Ramsey

Fred RamseyFred has been a first person witness to the beginning of the Print-On-Demand industry. He cut his teeth in the ‘90’s as an engineer and field analyst on DocuTech 135 through Xerox iGen3. He is today a Technical Project Manager for the Xerox Light Production color/mono family. His varied background includes M.S. from R.I.T.’s School of Imaging Arts/Science. He has a passion for helping people solve problems in new ways. He has fewer hobbies each year because he is busy re-learning all the hobbies of his youth—all over with his own children.

Susan Weiss

Bill_bioSusan is responsible for the creation and deployment of customer business development programs worldwide. This includes ProfitAccelerator® Digital Business Resources, a collection of marketing programs and tools designed to assist Xerox customers in growing their digital printing businesses. In addition, Susan manages the Business Development Services program and is responsible for the development of the Sales & Marketing services utilized around the world.
An 19-year Xerox veteran, Susan has held a variety of strategic marketing and marketing communications roles. Throughout her career she has utilized the “voice of the customer”, in the development of programs that facilitated sales force engagement of executives, and programs that brought customer and consultant perspectives back to Xerox solutions and services development.Prior to joining Xerox in 1991, Susan was a sales account representative in both the Pharmaceutical and Financial Service industries. She received her Master’s degree in Management from Nazareth College and her Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing & MIS from Alfred University. Susan has received her Lean Six Sigma Green Belt while at Xerox.

John Ahlman

He and the team are also responsible for supporting Xerox production systems in the area of sponsorships, hospitality and Real Business Live! leadership events. As part of the Global Experiential Team, the goal of the group is to provide cutting edge content and resource to our end customers so they can profit and grow their business
John joined Xerox Global Services in 2004 and in 2009 moved to his current position in Corporate Experiential Marketing. Prior to Xerox John had both agency experience with Saatchi & Saatchi and ICE Communications working with technology clients that included DuPont, NEC and Frontier Communications. John’s client side positions included Vice President of Communications for Global Telesystems and Director of Communications for Frontier Communications Card Services North America.

Karen Serrano

Karen SerranoSince joining Xerox, Karen has held a variety of Sales and Marketing roles. She rose through the Sales and Sales Management ranks in California and was a Production Color Sales Instructor at the Xerox Document University in Leesburg, Virginia. She has had the privilege of being at the selling and educating cutting edge with the introduction of DocuTech, DocuColor and iGen3. In 2005, Karen moved to Rochester, New York where all her years of field and customer experiences would benefit her new Headquarters Marketing roles.
She began by managing the iGen3 Sales and Graphic Communications Training Programs before becoming the Worldwide Wide Format Product Marketing Manager launching the 8200/8300 Color Wide Format Printer Family as well as several monochrome technical printers.Karen joined the Worldwide Graphic Communications Marketing Team in 2009 as the Manager of Customer Business Development. In this role, Karen is responsible for the creation and deployment of customer business programs worldwide. This includes the ProfitAccelerator Digital Business Resource Collection of marketing programs and tools designed to assist Xerox customers in growing their digital printing businesses. In addition, she manages the ProfitQuick Suite of Financial Tools, the Digital Readiness Assessment and the development of the Application and Workflow Services utilized around the world.Karen received her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Marketing at the University of Southern California. At Xerox, she earned her Lean Six Sigma Green Belt. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, reading, shopping, driving and fun cars.

Regina Testa

Regina TestaRegina (Gina) R. Testa is vice president, Graphic Communications Industry Business for the Xerox Global Business Group. She was appointed to this position in January 2009.Testa is responsible for helping Xerox graphic communications industry customers around the world profit and grow with digital print. Testa leads a team of industry experts focused on the major segments of the graphic communications industry , creates and delivers Xerox’s industry-leading portfolio of customer business development tools and services and manages the Fujifilm global reseller relationship.Testa brings to her position more than 25 years of management experience in financial, operational, product delivery and marketing roles.Testa has long been active in industry organizations. She currently is chair of the marketing committee of The Print Council and serves on its executive committee. In 2009, Testa was appointed and serves on the boards of both the NAPL, NPES and PIA organizations.She also serves as a member of the board of the Advertising Council of Rochester, a not for profit organization that provides professional marketing support to other non-profit agencies.Testa holds a bachelor’s degree from Colgate University and masters of business administration degree from the Rochester Institute of Technology. She resides in Rochester, New York with her husband John and daughters Lillian and Danielle.

Toni Schottenhammer

With expertise in producing relevant marketing programs, Toni manages Xerox’ successful 1:1 lab program featuring major brands such as Miami University, Staples, Reader’s Digest, Maine Office of Tourism and many others. She has been a featured speaker at DMA educational events, PODI and MFSA. Toni resides in Los Angeles. She is an active member of the CRM Council of DMA.

Joel Basa

Joel is a graduate of the Rochester Institute of Technology with a Bachelor of Science and Masters of Science in Information Technology. His primary areas of study were in Rich-Media Development, Web Usability and Project Management. He currently serves as eMarketing Manager for the Graphic Communications Business Group where he is responsible for Social and Web Marketing in addition to project managing various direct mail campaigns. At tradeshows, you may see Joel demoing various products in the production portfolio. His unique background in Information Technology brings a different perspective into the world of digital printing. He started working for Xerox in 2002 and has held multiple positions for the collaboration technologies group where he accomplished such things as establishing the webcast infrastructure for the corporation. In his spare time, Joel enjoys cooking, playing basketball, playing tennis and competing in dog agility trials. He lives in Rochester, NY with his wife and 4 dogs.

Howie Fenton

Howie FentonDuring his 20+ year industry career, Howie Fenton has advised commercial printers, in-plants, and manufacturers on workflow management, operations, digital services, and customer research. With both commercial and in-plant printers, he benchmarks financial and operational performance in customer service, estimating, prepress and conventional and digital printing.
In addition to his experience managing a quick printing company and the prepress department of a commercial printer, Howie has written five books and 300+ articles, edited an industry magazine, and taught at Rochester Institute of Technology School of Printing.
His expertise as author of two books on digital and variable data printing has led him to serve as a judge for the PODi (Print On Demand Initiative) and Xerox Pixi awards. Fenton coaches companies on investment priorities such as web-to-print, PDF workflows, variable data printing and then works to integrate and streamline operations and train sales staff to articulate the value of the digital technologies.

Victoria Burlison

Victoria Burlison
Studying at Aston Business School, Victoria Burlison is undertaking an eBusiness Marketing placement as part of her degree. As a member of the digital marketing team, Vicky works on search engine optimisation tasks and social marketing. Vicky runs the XeroxSME Twitter account and monitors Xerox’s social marketing activity across Europe.
Being eager to learn, whilst committing fully to her current role, Vicky has also channelled energy into the events aspect of marketing. Vicky has discovered that she has a natural passion for events and is exceptionally excited to be going to Germany to work drupa later this year.
In her spare time Vicky enjoys seeing friends, going to the gym, traveling and learning Mandarin. Upon graduating in 2013 Vicky aims to secure a marketing role and be a value adding asset.

Mamta Moolchandani

Mamta Moolchandani received her Bachelor of Science degree in Management from Cass Business School, London in July of 2011 and is a proud Beta Gamma Sigma member. She worked for Xerox as a Marketing Executive in 2009-2010 where she actively participated in organizing the Global Premier Partners Congress and IPEX 2010. Developing on her passion for technology, partnerships and strategies, she based her final year thesis on the Xerox Premier Partners Network.
She has now returned to join the Global Experiential Marketing Team. Together with the team, she aims to create standout, value-rich and simply brilliant experiences for our customers. Mamta is responsible of ensuring consistent deployment of Experiential Marketing programmes (RealBusiness Live! Events Website & Virtual Events) as well as providing support for tradeshows.
In her leisure time, Mamta enjoys playing video games, reading, microblogging, travelling and dining out with friends. She aspires to become an asset to the Corporate world and contributing to Xerox’s continuing success.

Matt Volpe

Matt Volpe
Matt has over 30 years of Graphic Arts experience as an illustrator and Art Director in the United States and the Netherlands. He joined Xerox in 1998 and was awarded the position of SmartPress Production Consultant for the iGen3 program in 2002. Since then, he has worked in the United States and Europe helping customers understand and simplify their color workflow, plus increase their productivity on the Xerox iGen3 and iGen4. Matt has also assisted many customers as a Xerox Remote Support Engineer on the iGen3 and iGen4 Hotline. Currently, he supports our production color customers delivering product training. Matt has also helped develop a full portfolio of Xerox Color Services courses and workshops. He is one of the SmartPress Production Consultant team members who markets and delivers this robust portfolio of Xerox Color Services to our customers that enable them to work more efficiently, delight their customers and reduce costs.
