Whether it is ways they are increasing efficiency, methods of reducing internal costs, or perhaps finding new services to meet customer needs – what better way to experience it than through the eyes of others just like yourself that are actually doing it right now!
Over the past year we have brought you stories of customers across the world who have successfully delved into completely new niches and experimented with powerful Continuous Feed devices paired with new substrates and automated workflows, and were able to generate huge profits. We’ve also discussed the amazing return on investment (ROI) a self-promotional campaign was able to achieve for a direct mailing company searching for new business opportunities…something to the tune of 2,100% (spent under $5,000 on an entire campaign that netted over $1 Million in new business).

As you may be aware, Graph Expo is quickly approaching (October 3-6 at the McCormick Place in Chicago, IL), and represents the most comprehensive prepress, printing, converting, mailing, fulfillment and digital equipment trade show in the Americas. We will be showcasing all 18 of the 2010 Xerox Best-of-the-Best Award Winners in the Xerox Booth. Each and every one of these companies has a very unique and important story to tell based upon the pending business challenge at the time, and what action was taken to successfully overcome that challenge.
To commemorate these winners and to further provide you with real-world examples of success stories, we will be posting a new blog post each week leading up to Graph Expo, which will highlight a select North American winner from this year’s competition.
